Terms of Service

These terms apply to dupy at dupy.app and studio.dupy.app and to dupy's MCP connection. dupy is operated by 디스틸 (Distill) in South Korea. By using dupy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Early access

dupy is in early access. You can sign in only with a Google account that the workspace owner has added. Features may change, and parts of the service may be unavailable or stop working while we build it. Nothing in these terms requires you to pay. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price and terms before any charge.

Your account

Keep access to your Google account secure. Workspace owners decide who is on the access list and are responsible for the people they invite. Tell us promptly if you believe someone used your access without permission.

What dupy provides

dupy finds publicly available short-form videos that outperform their creators' usual results, analyses how they are structured and helps you produce new videos with AI models. Performance signals, analyses and generated scripts and videos are aids for your own judgment. They may be incomplete or wrong and do not guarantee any result on any platform.

Acceptable use

• Follow the law and the rules of the platforms you research and publish on, including rules for labelling AI-generated or sponsored content.
• Use collected videos as references for research. Do not use dupy to copy, re-upload or pass off another creator's video, voice, likeness or other protected work as your own.
• Only upload images, voices and other material you own or have permission to use, and never create content that impersonates or misleads people about a real person.
• Do not create unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content, and do not use dupy to harass or track individuals.
• Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, share your access with people who are not on the access list, or resell the service.

Your content and generated output

You keep your rights in the material you provide. You give us permission to store and process it, and to send it to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy, only to operate dupy for you. As between you and us, you may use the scripts and videos dupy generates for you, subject to these terms and the terms of the underlying model providers. Generated output can resemble other people's content. Check it before you publish, and you are responsible for how you use it.

Third-party content and services

Collected videos, captions and creator information belong to their owners. dupy relies on third-party data providers, AI model providers and hosting services, and their availability can affect dupy.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using dupy at any time and ask us to delete your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or remove access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. When possible, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we end the early access service, we will give reasonable notice where possible.

Responsibility

We work to keep dupy available and its information accurate, but we provide early access as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions you make based on dupy's analyses or output. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any right that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any mandatory protections available where you live. We will first try to resolve any problem with you in good faith.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as dupy changes and will show the new effective date here. For material changes we will tell users in the workspace before they apply.
